James Dale “Jim” Einfeldt

LINDSBORG -- James Dale “Jim” Einfeldt (aka “Condor”) left this world to be with our Lord on June 13, 2015. Jim was the fifth son born to Robert C. (Slim) and Harriet E. Einfeldt on May 17, 1957, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jim was a carpenter and contractor by trade but also was a master copper worker in and around Hailey, Idaho, for years. Jim loved the mountains, and in his heart, Idaho was home. His love of family brought him back to Kansas, where he lived since 2001.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; an older sister, Betty Teal; and his wife, Ruth Davis.

He leaves behind stepsons, Robert Bragg, of Washington state and Jacob Mest, of Idaho; older sister, Patricia Bailey, of Lindsborg; four older brothers, Mike (Jan) Einfeldt, of Carrizozo, N.M., Steve and Bill Einfeldt, both of Salina, and Mark (Patti) Einfeldt, of Wentzville, Mo.; and younger sister, Angel (TC) Andrewson, of Bridgeport; as well as a host of family, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom he dearly loved.

There will be a memorial service announced at a later date.
