Phil A. Winters

Phil, 66, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 18, 2024. He is survived by mother, Phyllis; daughter, Jamie; son-in-law, David; and granddaughter, Olivia. He is proceeded in death by father, John, and brother, Ray.

Phil was raised in Salina, KS. He attended Central High School and Mary Mount College. Phil had many hobbies, including photography and carpentry – both of which he turned into careers. Phil worked at Holiday Mansion for many years running the cabinet shop. Together with Jolene, they ran a photography studio in the 1990’s where they would photograph families, weddings, and senior portraits. He didn’t know a stranger. He talked to everyone he passed and made friends quickly.

Funds collected will help family with cremation costs and other medical expenses.
